Sweetbriar Neighborhood is a safe, comfortable, and thriving community nestled in beautiful upper Bucks County, PA. With 131 single-family homes, the Sweetbriar Neighborhood was established in 1993 and also includes 2 playgrounds, open space and walking paths. We are located off of Trumbaurersville Road in Richland Township and we are associated with the Quakertown Community School District. The neighborhood was designed and developed with the intention of providing residents with a high quality of life. Sweetbriar Homeowners Association was formed with the goal of maintaining these qualities, now and in the future. Our association is based on teamwork; homeowners and elected Board Members united toward a common goal. It is only through the active participation of all association members that our goals can be achieved. This website is provided as a resource for our members; a centralized source of information and a means of fostering the involvement vital to our success.
