Our annual yard sale will be held on Saturday, July 13th, 2019 between 8am – 2pm. Thank you to Eric Casperson and Jeremy Ralston for putting together the materials to advertise for it.

Join us on October 14th at 3pm for our annual Sweetbriar Neighborhood Block Party (rain date 10/21). This year the block party will be held at the Phase 3 tot-lot. Activities planned include music, food, lawn games, bike parade, face painting, photo station, fire pit, and a movie for the kids after sunset. Admission is $25/house and the organizers are asking for help with set up/clean up as well as lending various items (tables, tents, etc). Please see the attached flyer for full details.

The Sweetbriar community will be having a neighborhood wide yard sale on July 15th, 2017 from 8:00AM – 2:00PM. If you would like to donate money towards the advertising costs, please click here. Volunteers can also help by creating clearly written signs and placing them at nearby intersections a few days before the sale. Thank you to Jeremy Ralston for organizing this event.
